Installing door bell on bracket

Has anyone had any issues securing the door bell to the bracket, we have managed to screw the bracket on to our door but the door bell doesnt securely stay on the bracket? We are putthing the top in first and then clicking into place but it can be easily pulled off again.

I have the same problem, in the end the fixing clip snapped. I was promised a replacement bracket within 5 working days . It's now been over 3 weeks. Total rip off

Are you pushing the clip underneath into place?
