Indoor camera light not flashing

No flashing light just stays yellow how do I claim for another one if cannot be fixed

no help I'm Afraid. 

I have the same issue.

I was advised to hold the reset for 20-30s and ait for the camera to click.

I've done that about 20 times, but it never starts to flash.

Mine installed the first time - then failed a day later.

First, check you have installed the latest firmware update from the app under devices for the indoor camera. This can take a good five minutes, so be patient. The camera will go off and on during the process and the app will show when its updated.

If your firmware is up to date or you are still having problems with your indoor camera connecting:
Try the reboot device button for the indoor camera in the app. It will take a good few minutes

If that does not work, remove the indoor camera and contact sensor from your devices with the remove device button and set them up again.
