First time charging

Had my video bell on charge for the first time . Been charging for 12hrs and still on 14%. Also doesn't pick up all motion of people coming up my path , just now and again

For your charging issue.

Did you use the charging cable supplied and plug one end into the Chime. You can plug into another device charger to charge, but the Chime does offer a faster charge. Some other charger devices might take longer to charge the doorbell.

Plus, next to the charger point on the doorbell is an on/off switch, turn it off for ten minutes and put back in charge.

A full charge from 0-10% should take about 6-8hours.
