I have just got a new Sky doorbell but I am having low signal problems. I have sky 500 broadband everthing else in the house hold works fine.

@butty56 How far away is the chime to the video doorbell?

Hi and thanks for your reply. My door bell is about 10 metres from the chime in my living room, my router is in the same place.
