Doorbell won’t work

Second doorbell arrived today. Won't update to new software.

spent hours on phone to sky yesterday and this one is just as bad .

I manage to get it connected but it won't work over connected.

Absolutely rubbish and not worth the money.

I've been on the phone and live chat to them for hours since Sunday and still no help
