Can't get sky protect

A couple of months ago I got a quote from sky for home insurance, I didn't go through with it as I realised our home insurance expires this month. The past few weeks I have been trying to get sky protect but it always says sorry we can't protect you right now. Anyone know why this is?

Underwriters typically don't specify why they decline to offer cover: it could be, for example, that the underlying algorithms have been tweaked since your previous quote.
