Blue Box When Setting Sky Door Bell Activity Zone
Hi, I'm only seeing a blue box when trying to set up the Activity Zone on the new door bell.
I need to reduce the sensitivity and make sure it only triggers when a motion is necessary.
I believe I should be seeing a field of view from camera, via the Smart Home app, and pinch and dragging the corners to set of the required area for recording.
Any ideas please?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Blue Box When Setting Sky Door Bell Activity Zone
What you are assuming is correct.
Seems like your not configuring the blue activity area correctly.
Have a read of this Sky help article, that runs through the activity zone.
Try also toggling off and on the zone, the first time and close and restart the app.

Re: Blue Box When Setting Sky Door Bell Activity Zone
@lettice I just tried to check the activity zone and it is not showing what is on the video feed and all you are seeing is the colours of blue and grey.
Here is what I see below

Re: Blue Box When Setting Sky Door Bell Activity Zone
@lettice I was able to initally set up the activity zone when I installed the new video doorbell and never thought anymore about it. But having looked again today to confirm what @Clapton39 was seeing I am seeing the same thing now.

@Highlinder, your uploaded image is exactly what I'm seeing so unable to toggle any field of view!

@Clapton39 This only happened to me recently and I was able to set this up after the installation of the video doorbell.

Re: Blue Box When Setting Sky Door Bell Activity Zone
You could try from the app, first doing a reboot device of the Chime, by clicking on the doorbell in the app, then select the Connected to Chime option and select reboot device.
Once the chime is back up and running with a blue light, within the app select doorbell, scroll down and select reboot device.
Once the doorbell is back up, exit the app, restart your mobile device the app is on and try again.
