Activity Zone on doorbell

Just installed my new doorbell and all seems ok except when l try to set the activity zone. I have no visual through the camera only a large blue screen with a white insert

@Leigh71 You can pick the zone using the white area and then invert it to give yourself the zone you want.

Me too can't get a visual of what the camera sees in the activity zone, did you fix it?

• I know I've tried to do that but its still letting me know when people walk past house outside zone....and it doesn't notify me forc20 minutes after someone pressed doorbell
