why my owner ship changed

i tried to buy a iphone under my mums name however her credit score was too low so i created a sky account and purchased under my name. somehow I dont know how but after the purchase it refreshed and it had been purchased through my mums account under my email and credit card and changed the account household ownwer under me very confussing i am clearly not the household owner how on earth do i change it back to her?

Hi @jon169  not sure how this has happened as according to sky it can't !  You will need to call sky to discuss this and see if there is a way to sort it out call on 150, ask for customer loyalty or cancellations when asked by the bot the reason for calling.
