using lte and not 4g

my phone is using only lte and not 4g its iphone 11 with vodafone it used 4g

That's correct.  Sky (O2) use LTE for their 4G.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Although there is some difference in the USA, in this part of the world LTE and 4G are just different names for the same thing.
