upgrade

I have swapped my mobile provider to sky earlier this year but it is a sim only contract. I would like to upgrade my mobile device now but can't seem to upgrade using the app

You should be able to order a phone via the website so if you can't then you can call Sky for free on 150 as they will be able to place it for you.

Hi @jennifer31  having a sky sim doesn't guarantee getting a handset, go to sky.com then choose the handset you want. If you pass the credit checks you will get your phone.
