upgrade and moving house
i succesfully did an upgrade but forgot to cahnge the delivery address to my new house. I called cahnged the address and they said my order would have to be cancelled and re-ordered. on doing so ive been un able to upgrade. have tried several times and every time it says unsuccessful, very frustrating any advice please

Hi @Kelly2308 it could be that you are now failing the credit checks sky carry out, possibly due to your recent move and the systems sky use to check credit and affordability. If you do keep failing then there is little you can until your credit and affordability status catch up with your new address. You could call sky to ask why your orders aren't being successful.
