teams or zoom meetings

can anyone help. I am going to Egypt on holiday and may need to join a teams or zoom meeting for an ongoing court case.

Will my roaming data allow me to do this and will the connection be consistent. I have checked with reviews and it seems that the wi-fi is pretty non existent.

It will allow you to do this but it will every expensive unless you use a Wi-Fi connection:

£2,160 per GB (yes this is correct)

£2.16 per minute Calls to local or UK mobile and landline numbers

£1.80 per minute to receive calls

£0.50 per text message to UK numbers and mobiles

£0.58 per picture message(MMS)

So either use Wifi only or get and use a local sim. To avoid such charges make sure mobile data and roaming is turned off before you leave the UK.

On mobile data for each 1GB of data you use it will cost you that amount so the more you use, the longer the cal lthe more expensive it will be.

Egypt is a Rest Of The World location so is very very expensive as per this link

I am so stressed over this. I really dont know what to do, obviously I cant afford that sort of money.

I usually buy the package that Sky offer when you land ie: £2 a day to use data roaming. Clearly that wont be an option in Egypt

If you are going to be in the country for a while then will you not have access to a Wifi network, if not can you purchase a local sim whilst there as these are you two options if you need internet access.

No UK telecoms provider can guarantee coverage overseas: it's literally not their job to actually provide the infrastructure being used.
