swap

Hi

 

My husband recently swapped his phone but didn't send his old one back within the 14 days!

 

I have had an email saying the swap can still happen an I just need to go to "manage my account" but once I'm there I can't see what I need to do next

Hi @nicolafoley  if it's not plainly visible on what you have to do then call sky on 150 and they will extend the return period.
