I already have a SKY sim but it was my brother-in-law who requested it for me on his behalf. Now that I have a SKY account, I ordered a sim for myself and I can't use the PAC (to use my old number) of the old sim because they are both SKY.

The workaround is to port it out of the network and back in again.

So you say that I need to buy a chip from another company, pass my number and then transfer it to the new one from SKY?
