on the 1st august sky mobile cancelled my order and said they will give me a refund in 14 days, it's been 22 days and still haven't received my refund. i tried calling them and getting help but nothing worked, what do I do?

What happened when you called them, did you stay on the line long enough for your call to be answered ?

They just told me they couldn't help me and to come back another time but I tried calling 3 days ago

Just give them a call again as this is what you will need to do.
