sim

I have a new iPhone 16 Pro Max arriving tomorrow but my current mobile plan with Sky uses a SIM card. How do I get an eSIM and keep my old number TIA

The easiest way is to move the SIM from old to new phone.

 

Then you can convert to an eSIM if you wish: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/esim-sky-mobile

 

Personally, I wouldn't bother...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thank you for your reply but I'm told that iPhone 16 models. Cannot use a SIM card only an eSIM?

If it's a UK model then it has a SIM slot.
