i recently just purchased my new phone from sky and my sim won't activate. i followed all the steps such as entering the activation code and PAC code and it's been stuck on the same "we're still activating your sim" message for over a day when this usually only takes a few minutes

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.
