sim only

Why can I get a cheaper SIM only deal if I am a new customer compared to the options I can to change my current contracts (I have three in total for me and my kids)

@Ceri-100

This is because of the way it works across all mobile providers as their jobs are to attract new customers and they do that with introductory offers to get people to sign up with them rather than one of their rivals.

Re: sim only

Thanks So my only option is to start three new contracts with them rather than just switching over? Sounds like a need to call them then. Thanks

New dataplans have new numbers...

You can either:

1) Select from the available plans (but won't be cheapest)

2) Call Sky and negotiate, but will require a new minimum term

3) Add new plans, transfer numbers from old plans out of the network and back onto the new plans (protracted)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
