My sim has not activated for 2 weeks, i had called about a week ago to raise the issue but the person i spoke to said the issue will be resolved within 24 hours. i gave it a few more days and still no luck. so i called again and they've sent a replacement sim, this one is not activating either. It says my bill is due today but my sim has not activated which it states that they'll take the first bill once sim is activated. i really need help.
