sim card not working all of a sudden

had my sky sim card for 4 years now and all of a sudden on my google pixel 9 pro xl the sim card is recognised but all im getting is an explanation mark on the signal icon at the top of my device , have requested a replacment sim 4 days ago but havent recieved an email or any comformation to say its arriving what do i do ?

You have to call.  What you've clicked on is not ordering a replacement...

 

As above, check the signal in your area.

 

If possible try a different SIM in your phone and your SIM in a different phone.  (It may identify an issue)

If you called Sky and they have sent you a replacement sim then you will have to see if that works for you when it turns up. It will be sent via Royal Mail.

You might want to contact Sky about this as I was under the impression that you had to contact them so they could get a replacement sent out to you ?

Hi @geth8  are you using a physical sim or esim ? A replacement physical sim can only be ordered by calling sky.
