sim activation error

I am trying to activate a new sim for my daughter and also keep her number. We get so far and then it says the page is restricted but i am the account holder. Can someone help please?

Hi @Denise+Oakley  can you confirm if you are trying to activate a replacement sim from sky ? Or a new sim and porting a number to sky from a different network ?

Hi it is a new sim but the number is from another provider. We have a pac code but it won't let us go that far

Hi @Denise+Oakley  try activating the sim first. Then once it's activated use the PAC.
