sim Card activation

When trying to activate my son,s sim card , I keep getting reocurring message that there is an error , I have already got the STAC code entered and all other details ,this is a christmas pressent ,Im trying to have set up ,any suggestions or a number to call Sky from tomorrow .

If you have another phone you will need to use Sky to call them so they can activate the sim card for you.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
