replacement sim

I can not activate my Sim because I did not recieve the sim after 5 days, but I can not seem to be able to order a replacement sim without activating the sim in the first place....please can anyone help

As you say you can not order a replacement sim if the original sim did not arrive so what you would need to do is to order the original sim again from here:

 

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans


Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.

Doing that option you suggested seems rather misleading, it would have me sign up for another sim plan, i would be paying two sim plans each month

Hi @Andydl12  you said you cant activate the first sim, if you cant activate it then you wont be charged for it.

As mentioned in the order email and track your order, if your sim has not arrived within 5 or 6 days of ordering, you will need to call Sky, for a replacement sim.
