regarding sim

i changed my sim to sky around 2 days ago. The sim is changed but no one can call or text me but i can call or text anyone

Is the number correct in the settings on your phone if you have been told that the number transfer has been completed. If it is this I would report this to Sky by calling them on 150.

Sky will have told you by text and/or emai when the transfer has been completed.
