refund

I purchased i phone 16 pro on last monday whan i was purchasing my i  phone 16 pro. In EMI and  it goes in verification and after 2 -3 hour sky deducted my full payment from my bank than i received message from sky that your phone order is rejected on same day but still i not received refund my phone payment any one have idea on it what will happen next i want need to do..???

If you were sent a cancellation email this might have happened if you have failed the second more enhanced credit check that takes place. You can call Sky to find out if this is what has happened as they can answer this for you but as Sky is not allowed to view your financial records they can not tell you why you have failed the check. You might want to look into this yourself by signing up to a site that allows you to view your records, one credit checking site they use is Experian so you could sign up to a free trial with them, just remember to cancel.

 

As for the refund you should receive this after 2-3 weeks.
