i have activated my sim finally after a week of contacting sky but now pac code will not transfer.my old number

have given up speaking to sky as rubbish

can anyone suggest anything as self employed and missing customers calls

Hi @Advanced+interior if the PAC isn't working online then unfortunately you will need to call sky for help.
