phone swap

i payed my 24th month bill for my 36 month contract yesterday, however on the app the option to swap my phone isn't showing and i am wondering if this is normal? my payments have now dropped from £37 a month to £24.50.

You should be in the normal swap window - if it's not working you'll need to call Sky on 150.
