order requires action

hi!! i just ordered an ipad. after paying the prepayment and getting the esim confirmation, the app is saying that my order requires attention and i'm not sure what to do to fix it.

That is something you will have to call Sky about and hopefully they can get to the bottom of what the issue is.

@caesarome okay, thank you! i called them earlier and they said it was a technical issue on their end so hopefully it will be sorted soon. 😊
