old number has not transferred to my new iphone from EE.

I asked for Pac number from EE Monday night which I received and put into my new phone. I am still waiting for my old number to transfer over to my new phone which is an Iphone through Sky. It is now Thursday.

When did you text the pac code to Sky or did you give them the Pac code via your online account ?

Have you received confirmation that the number transfer has been completed?

If yes then sometimes a network reset is required to show the transferred number:
Settings>General>Transfer or reset phone>Reset>Reset network settings.
You'll have to set up any WiFi connections again.
