not registered with network.

i am unable to phone out , send texts, receive calls or texts on mobile . phone displays  not registered with network , but been on the  network for  2years. same phone . same  sim  same number! sky dont answer.  get support messanger but done all they said . also done things from help on web . but not working. H elp please.
