not receiving calls.

I have 3 activated sims, that cannot receive calls.  Mobile data is dropping.

 

I urgently need this fixed today.  I have spent too much time calling and sitting on the phone with Sky Mobile for the past week.  I am still in my cooling off period and will cancel today if this is not sorted out.  I will not be paying this months bill as I have not receive the service.

 

Is sky not able to resolve this issue.

This has been going on since I transported the three numbers from Virgin Media.  Mobile Data dropping but mostly none of us can receive calls.

 

I'm currently sitting on the phone with SKy for 50 mins now haven been transferred from one person to another all promising that they will help me, they have raised a technical issue, they fully understand, they will call me back.  Tell how they will call me back when I cannot receive calls.  This is a farse.

I am having the exact same problem with two numbers I switched over and like you they say they will call me back but can't seem to understand that I cannot receive calls. It has been ongoing for over a week now with no solution and having the same conversation everytime I call them. I want to canel and move provider but that seems impossible now as I can't receive the text to confirm the phone number to move over - never experienced such poor service and and don't even seem bothered to find a solution for me.

Has this been resolved by receiving a new SIM?

 

I've got a phone number that stated to present a similar issue:

 

  • Unable to receive calls, when someone attempts to call the number it says it invalid.
  • Doesn't change if the phone is on or off
  • It can still make outbound calls from the affected number

My issue still hasn't been resolved almost two weeks later. New sim hasn't even been suggested. I just keep been told to give them another 24-48 hours every time I ring and that they are working on the issue. 

I can't even switch provider as I can't receive texts to get the access code to transfer my number 😡 everytime

I ring I have to start back at the beginning
