no service for 2 weeks

My phone ( which my teenage daughter uses hasn't worked for 2 weeks ! no incoming or outgoing calls no 4G , also fraudulent activity on my account by someone adding a new sim, a block was put on my account and told to wait for fraud to call me, its almost 2 weeks, iv called in 4 times, still no one can fix the phone issue and no kne can contact fraud ! its shocking that my daughter is being left vulnerable with no eating phone , they still managed to take the payment today from my bank however 🫣...... iv no idea how to fix thhs , they are not helping me .

I would asume they would need time to investigate this fraud and how they got hold of your details so perhaps your non working phone is related to that, so if it has been more than two weeks you might want to put in a complaint:

So I keep being told 48 hours every time I call, and Sky have no contact with the fraud team , apparently an outside company
