hi all i with sky mobile for sim contracts my old phone a34 will not charge stating moisture been like this 3 days now thinking of getting new phone with sky but i dont need sim card as i already have a contract with them how do i bypass this andnot get charged, also who how do i transfer data from old phone to new one please

If it is t possible to just order the phone then pick the cheapest sim plan and do not activate the sim as it will then be cancelled so you are only charged for the phone,
