new phone

Bought a phone, added sim, did the authentication with PAC and SKY code and email to say I am with sky. Only getting WIFI nothing else

Hi @Lespotter  your post is a little unclear ? Are you an existing sky mobile customer or new one ? Did you already have a sky sim ? Have you ordered a new plan ? Are you trying to port your old number from a sky sim to the new sky sim (you can't if that's what you're trying to do ) ?

Try resetting the network settings on the phone if you've changed providers.
