new phone

Hi,

I have just recieved a new mobile from sky.

Its for my wife; she has:

• crossed everything over from her old mobile which was with ee,
• have gone to the sky app and entered pac code and details to enable her to keep her own number and activated the sim.

At which point do we insert the new sim in the new mobile to avoid having the problem that we have 2 numbers for the 1 phone?

We have been given a date that the number would be changed on 8th October - would this be the date to put the sim inside the new phone?

That is correct because up to that date her current sim with EE will continue to work then sometime on the 8th this EE sim will stop working so at that point you then insert the Sky sim in the phone as that should now work with the same number.

Only when her current EE sim stops working do you then insert the Sky one.
