new phone

hi i tried to apply for a iphone 14 pro max got to the bit where i tried to apply for the direct debit and then it says technical error on your end and then nothing 

can i have some information if the application went threw or not please

As we are customers here you will need to call Sky yourself about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

@natashacot  As this is a customer helps customer forum we won't know if the application went through, you would be best callinmg Sky.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
