new orderd not received

orderd a new mobile 24th February, had emails and texts from sky and dpd about me delivery on the 25th, i was given hour slot 14:15-15:15 on wednesday 25th drivers name Andrew and tracking info. 

delivery time passed, 2 days later dpd still showed same delivery date and time. i couldnt change anything on the parcel delivery. contacted sky and was told it would arrive monday 2nd march, it did not arrive. contact sky again and told wait 24hrs it will be with me 3rd of march. It still has not arrived. sky is no help what so ever and dpd is automated service with no help either. now im stuck with a contract and no actual phone or sim card!

@daniellebayleyg  You'll need to speak to Sky again as we are customers here and won't be able to resolve any delivery issues.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
