new order

So i placed an order for a Google pixel pro 11 and a Google pixel 5 watch passed the credit check made the payment and signed the credit agreement today i was told the order had been cancelled due to a technical issue after having 2 take days out my schedule to wait in for the order being delivered after 2 different managers guaranteed me and assured me that it would be delivered that day which it wasn't lol 🤣 i have been offered a £30 good will gesture for my problems i incurred but would like some customers feedback and if i can upload the recordings of all the conversations what happened I'd like to hear people's opinions and thoughts on this matter after listening to what i was told by sky and especially regarding the hard selling of a tablet i never wanted which agreed to and 30 minutes argument with the call handler about why i should switch to sky broadband from EE to save £9 look forward to getting some feedback on this matter from sky customers as i have handed the recordings to my solicitor following a conversation with citizens advice bureau and sky's poor customer service and the fact that they refuse to call me to discuss it only text by WhatsApp which is hilarious in my opinion if it is allowed to upload the recordings from my digital recorder please let me know and i will immediately and welcome your thoughts opinions and feedback thank you Steven from Leigh

Hi @Steven791

Your post is very difficult to read without full stops and the odd new paragraph but here goes…

Its very difficult and perhaps not wise for anyone to guarantee a delivery on a set day without knowing definitely that that particular item is currently in stock and the availability of DPD in your area to fulfill delivery on a said day.

i have been offered a £30 good will gesture for my problems i incurred

Sounds reasonable to me although you may disagree. It will go onto your Sky mobile account as a credit towards future bills.

and especially regarding the hard selling of a tablet i never wanted which agreed to

Sky are in the business of selling products and services but you just needed to firmly say no to such an offer.

and 30 minutes argument with the call handler about why i should switch to sky broadband from EE to save £9

Any broadband offer you saw was for a new customer deal which was likely to be lower than any renewal from your current provider.

i have handed the recordings to my solicitor following a conversation with citizens advice bureau

Strange they should advise that when you don't appear to have submitted a complaint at this point.

This link explains the methods of making a complaint.

Sky aim to resolve in 10 days but they really have up to 6 weeks to resolve before you can request a deadlock letter.
