I placed an order on Friday 3-th October for anew iphone 12, 128gb in black.
no updates or messages to advuise when i will recive, just the intial 1 to 2 weeks.
Is this out of stock ?
now lookiung at cancelling and going somewhere else as this is NOT a great start !

Being customers we have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales. The most up to date information on your particular order should be available at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
Any mention of 'on back order' means there is no stock available to fulfill your order.
Once it’s on its way you should get two emails, one from Sky, and then one from DPD with details of your 1 hour delivery time slot and name of driver.
