my sky account was deleted a few days after i took out a contract

i need help here, i recently made a sky account and took out a new phone contract, i received my phone and activated the sim and everything is well, but i received an email saying that my sky id had been deleted, what do i do, what will happen now, what do i need to do to get it back because i need it to see my bills and data usage
