my bill

i took out a contract for an ipad around the 4th of november it didn't arrive till around the 18th of november but i can't find this on my bill i didn't get changed for it this month and it still says that it's been dispatched and not delivered to me. i'm confused as i don't want this to affect my credit score

It isdn't going to affect your credit score as from what you have said the system is saying it has not been delivered to you yet hence no billing has started so you will need to get in touch with Sky by either calling or via one of the social media links at the bottom of this page to tell them that you have actually got it.
