You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

There is nothing for Sky to look into. Unfortunately Sky can't stop people calling your number, scammers or otherwise. Don't call a number back that you don't recognise. If it's genuine and important they'll call again.

@beckyG12 That isn't an issue that Sky can look in to I'm afraid, it may be a police matter if the callers are threatening or harassing you.
