As customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels.
After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD if you’re in the UK) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
For anyone ordering an iPhone 18 model the delays will likely be longer as Apple usually struggle to meet demand after a new product launch.
