Hello, yes you can keep everything on your phone as long as you have backed up the photos etc to Google or the server you use. However I personally wouldn't recommend swapping your phone using sky, you'll get a better price selling privately.
Sorry to be a pest, but I am not very techno savy, my phone and broadband are both with sky, would this be a problem. All I want to do is change my phone but keep all that is on it and pass it on to the new device,is there an easy way of doing this?
Using smart switch either wireless or wired is also a method to keep your phone settings. Just download it from play store and follow instructions. Hope this helps.
