mobile phone set up

i just got a mobile phone and sim from you but i dont have a new number with it.

I need one have i ordered the wrong thing? 

I already have a sim on its own which i still need so i want to run the new phone alongside can you help please.

All Sky sims come with a new number once it has been activated so when you do this if you already have a Sky sim in another phone then you will be paying for this new one as well as the one you have already got.

Hi @jacquilanders  order a new sim/plan here, this will come with a new number and be charged in addition to your current sim.
