mobile phone issues

i have changed my mobile provider from 02 to sky, I now can't receive any incoming calls.  I may need to cancel my contract with sky

Hi @car32  have you activated your sky sim ? Have you ported a number to sky ? If so when ?

I have inserted the sim card and it all seems to be working but I can't receive incoming calls.  If anyone tries to ring me it says The number you called is not recognised.  what is the issue

yes it has all been activated and everything is working except i cannot recieve incoming calls

When did you give Sky the PAC from O2?
