You can order a device via the Sky website. Not sure what you mean about "all detail" ?

I can't do that because like everyone else here I am a customer of Sky.
This was posted by a Sky employee previously :
"The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills."
So look for your credit agreement in your message centre:
