mobile bill

hi i have spoken to multiple advisors at your team regarding my FAULTY phone it was sent back twice and sent back to myself broken both times. the first time it was due to the phone not being unlocked which i was NEVER told to do i was advised not to plug this phone in or touch it due to the battery expanding and almost exploding . i gave that the benefit of the doubt and sent it back again the second time it was sent back due to me apparently refusing the offer amount to repair the phone I WAS NEVER CONTACTED BY ANYBODY REGARDING THIS PHONE i phoned up multiple times both times you had my phone for updates and to ensure you had my correct number and email on file i was given no update each time i was promised a call back and never received one i phoned up at least 10 times and every single time was promised a call back a manager call back and this was never followed through the whole experience was absolutely appalling and i was left with a FAULTY PHONE that WAS STILL IN WARRANTY when i phoned the second time my phone had been sent back BROKEN the adviser told me they were unsure why they had sent it back saying i had refused offer because my phone was still in warranty i was promised a manager would call me back again and that this phone the iphone 16E bill would be wiped from my bill for the past 2 months you had my phone as i stated if this wasn't fixed i would not be paying my bill this again HAS NOT BEEN FOLLOWED THROUGH you can listen to the call recordings if you please i will not be paying for the iphone 16E for the past two months as i have had to get my phone fixed elsewhere your whole customer service department are absolutely shocking lack professionalism and have no clue what they are talking about i would never ever buy a product from sky again due to this
