mobile bill

i need to get into my sky account to pay my phone bill and it is not allowing me to and saying all my details are wrong

You shouldn't need to login to your account to manually pay your bill as you should have something setup like a card or a direct debit so that Sky can take it automatically from you each month so do you have this in place on your account ?
